New

Unopened, factory-sealed, in original manufacturer packaging. Covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty in addition to DiscountLane’s policy. If you break the seal, read the specifications printed on the box first — model, storage, region, and included accessories — because once it’s opened, we can only accept a return if the item is faulty or doesn’t match what’s printed on the box.

Renewed and Renewed Original

Pre-owned devices that have gone through a real inspection and testing process before we list them. “Renewed Original” specifically means the device still has its original screen, battery, or major components rather than a swapped part — useful to know if originality matters to you (for example, on a phone screen or a laptop battery).

Refurbished

Also pre-owned and tested, but may include a replaced part (a new battery, a replacement screen) as part of restoring it to full working condition.
